This machine is mainly used for middle sealing and sticking of trade mark of PVC\PET. The equipment has high performance of control system and mechanical structure with reasonable design.The operation of the machine is stable,the work efficency is high .it'is an essential ideal equipment for middle sealing and sticking of mark.

 

I/1:Main Configuration

The main motor is adopt wind cooling inverter motor. The main speed of the motor is controlled by LS1.5KW inverter from Korea. The rewinding motor is adopt ABB 1.5KW vector frequency conversion motor. The speed & tension of rewinding is controlled by YASKAWA G7 vector inverter +PG card made in Japan. The rotary encoder from Japan insatall at back of ABB motor . The magnetic powder brake is 2.5Kg at unwinding . The automatic glue pump control the flow according the speed automatically. Tension of  unwinding controlled by fully automatic constant tension controller.  The Techmach AWG 5000 EPC system controller from USA .
